Phase I:
Information from a Health Risk Assessment, Tailored Fitness Evaluation,
and recommendations from your primary care provider are researched.
Together, we will develop a unique Personal Fitness Program, based
on your personal goals and newly discovered needs. Three weekly
supervised sessions for maximum attention to ensure the effectiveness
of your workout time.
Phase II:
Focus is on self-empowerment and self-discovery, while making realistic
modifications towards a healthy lifestyle. Increasing independence
with two weekly sessions and independent workouts expected.
Phase III:
Final stage develops independence with one weekly-supervised
session. Client then moves to the "Maintenance Phase"
with improvements monitored every 6-8 weeks.
