Group Personal Training
A cost efficient program designed
for the beginner to intermediate level exerciser needing extra attention
and guidance in a non-intimidating environment. Having a personal
trainer by your side is like having a motivator and teacher with
you every step of the way. This ensures your exercises are performed
correctly with the optimal intensity.
This 30-minute session will be conducted 3 times a week for a 12-week
commitment to ensure an exercise habit is developed. Circuit training
is utilized for optimal fat burning and toning results. Clients
are expected to record a daily eating log and perform homework exercises
on non-class days. Wear loose fitted clothing and supportive shoes
to the class.
